Hi Lee--

    I have no knowledge of TC/IP programming, but I was intrigued by
your request.  There is a book "IBM TCP/IP for OS/2 Warp Programming
Reference." in DevCon 11, Disc 2 (\DOCS\tcppr.inf).  A version (with a
earlier date) of TCPPR.INF is in the TCP/IP Toolkit, on Disc 3 of DevCon
11.  If you don't have the current DevCon, but have an old volume that
includes LanDevCon, you could look there for the toolkit.  You might
also run a search for the file TCPPR.INF on this BBS.
