He has wide-open internet access and endless hours of spare time, both of
them by courtesy of the working taxpayers that he dislikes so much.  He
COULD HAVE learned about the subject at some point in the last 12 years. 
But then, he could have learned something about politics in that same time
and he refused to do so.  He prefers to blather on, while devoting time to
taking "random kitten" pictures from one website and posting them to
another website.
