I thought you were implying that a 40 yo would be your son, and if that
happened 20 years ago...
Perhaps you've forgotten that to have a 40 year old son, 40 years needs to
actually pass. And that's not allowing for the usual 9 month gestation period.
I've heard of "growing beyond your years", but it doesn't
happen that quick.
