WCL is braindead.  You also need to pass the 'debug all' option to the
linker.  I.E. wcl386 -d2 -l=os2v2_pm /"debug all" fred.c.

Also, the default stack size in the os2v2_pm system (v10.0) will result in
an unstable program.  Manally set the stack to 32K or larger.

Yes, but all I've ever got out of it is a crash every 10 minutes.  Look at
\watcom\binp\wdw.exe.
