Has anyone ever found any useful software for compressing Word documents? 
I'm talking about reducing the actual size of the .doc file here - not
compressing it in something like Winzip.

I found a program called Packword (http://www.angelfire.com/pq/wrd/) but
it's not too hot on Word documents that contain images.

Basically, we have some users here with Word documents over 100Mb - they
then wonder why they open slowly and hang Word.

So, I'm after something that will shrink the size of these docs
considerably without going though each one and compressing the images one
by one.  Is this possible?
