IMHO it's a trouble of a receiving system :-)))))
Question - is there anybody who's Elite after updating to 1.09
won't see second dialtone ( after W modifier in telephone number)
with pulse dialing ?
Some time ago I met the same problem updating my beast to 1.05 -
and solved it by setting country code 255. With 1.09 it won't work :-(((
May it be  hardware causing ?
