In the old days, I'd say Ed Hopper's uuPCB program but I haven't seen or heard
of that in years.

You can use NewsGate 1.02 which converts the UseNet news to FTSC packets which
you can toss with QFront.

You could use SoupGate which takes a SOUP packet and converts the messages
intoFTSC packets.
