I WAS talking specifically about Rwanda, as it happens.  A recent ABC doco
had purportedly "official" WHO figures of around 25% HIV
infection in Rwanda, but I also suspected it may have been considerably
higher than that.  Hard to prove though, with that sort of nomadic third
world population.
