No idea what WiFi is. Here in Germany cable is almost unknown and ADSL is
the standard (flatrate, though most providers are moving away from that or
are making flatrate extremely expensive). I have an ISDN flatrate
connection myself, but that is from a local provider and ISDN flatrates
have almost become extinct in Germany.

 BS> BTW Can you get WiFi then? People who can't get ADSL in this country
