Anybody can comment on anyone else's message, whether it is to or from them. If it's something you didn't want anyone else to read, or it's not of general interest, you should have sent it netmail ... (Not having netmail access, or "netmail credits" as another notable modem seller recently posted, is far from a good excuse.)
