  Try reinstalling Telemate would be one idea.  If that doesn't work, make
sure your source archives are good (ie, original from the author).  Most
likely the problem is that your TM.RES (a file used internally by Telemate)
has been damaged.  You should also run CHKDSK (or SCANDISK or whatever) to
make sure you don't have any disk errors.
