* RC2:25 mentionned the password displayed was incorrect. This is indeed the
  case but the vote does not change
* RC4:90 mentionned he voted "yes" which is reflected in the
revision below.
  The outcome of the exercise does not change. With 15 "YES"
there are still
  13 lacking to go to a fully fledged policy-vote.
