slammer was an sqlserver problem, ONLY because it's not on the NT CD. Make
an optional file system that is based on sqlserver, include it on the NT CD
and that all changes.
OE is an NT problem, exactly because it's included on the CD. Doesn't
matter if its optional like directory services or not, it's part of the
distribution it counts. OSS is no different than the different groups at
MS, what makes the software count is whether or not it's included in the
product.
