If it can use a script file you could write a small program in basic that 
waits for a time specified, call it from a .BAT file that runs Arcsolo after 
it..
A better option would be get s-ware that run on the server & move the tape 
drive to the server..  NovaNet (from NovaStore) works fine for me..  I use to 
do 1:00 AM backups no prob..  It also was able to backup work stations from 
the server, so it saved buying several tape drives..  :}
