He rarely gets on IE, 98% of his time is on Outlook, but that 2% is still there waiting to bite me. What is odd is that Norton AV won't run, that is a symptom in several trojans/worms out there which disable NAV. I fixed a friends Win machine one time that allowed IE to connect to anything except several AV sites, in addition to disabling NAV. I had to remove IE, boot into safe mode, and reinstall it before I could get to Symantec and download the updates. Boy, am I thankful that I run OS/2! Jon ------------------------ Yahoo!
