You could use a WM_TIMER and do a WinSetWindowPos every second or so.. But
then it fill float on top of all windows ofcourse. Don't know if you want
that.

If you now that StarWriter will be the active window when you're app wants
to access it you could do:

hwndActive = WinQueryActiveWindow(HWND_DESKTOP);
