Yes it does!  Actually your results pretty much match mine. TMWin is a couple
hundred cps slower than the DOS version at all speeds. If I use DSZ or 
-modem
I can usually hit the coveted 3300 cps with a good TMDos connect though. I
guess how important it is depends on whether the call is long distance or
