acoustic has the added bonus of strengthening your fingers, 'cos they're
usually strung with 12's or thicker.
I recommend for electric either a Mexican-made Fender Stratocaster or an
Epiphone Les Paul. they're two of the simplest guitars to figure out; after
some experience you can decide if you want something a little more tailored
o
a particular sound.
