Yeah,  that irritates me,  too.  Particularly since there's no real reason
for them to do things that way...

While working on my truck I found it useful to occasionally photocopy pages
and use _them_ instead of the book.

There are a lot of "publishers" out there (on the web and
otherwise) that don't have a clue,  yet.  Maybe they'll get one someday...
