Much in the way (well, one way) I can tell from my end. The To: field is
invalid, or does not contain my correct email address.
If anyone sending a valid email to me can't get at least that part of the
header right, I'm not interested in reading it. With me, statistically, it
appears a 100% correct assumption so far.
