The person who wrote the app? Do you really thing Turbolinux have the
source to DB2 & are allowed to issue their own DB2 fixes? Even if it's
an OSS app, it's still up to the authors as otherwise you'll end up with a
version which is not the same as the offical "fixed" version
& then whose problem is that?

That's a bundling not a fixing problem. You want Klaus to do the bundling
of the fixes not write the fixes.
