Many (not most) FTP servers expect "user=anonymous" and
"password=your_email_id", and they try to FINGER you while you're
online.  Webex does not pass your email id as the password,  so the finger
fails.

If you have this problem,  drag out an FTP-PM template and use the Settings
page to set up a permanent FTP object for it.  Set it up as
anonymouse/emailid (leave account blank).

IBM's DDK page is not one that requires this; Webex will work fine.
