Never did DCF or SCRIPT. Was just using IPFC for the first time to create an 
INF file to document some c++ classes I wrote so I'd have a handy reference, 
when it struck me that the IPF tags were structured quite similarly to HTML.

Once I noticed the similarity, it was really easy to dig in and whip out a 
decent INF file in know time :)
