Recently, a fix for EMX 0.9c was released.  In addition to the files listed by
Thomas, you might also want to look for a file called emxFix01.zip.

 TS> emxrt.zip

Be sure to try to find the one dated 10/28/96 or later, since that version of
the runtime contains the fix.
