Especially when anal sex is frequently used by 3rd world married couples

Oh, that's positively charming!  I'm not completely convinced that AIDS is
all that much of a problem amongst their own inbred little communities, as
a fucking huge proportion of them don't live long enough to sero-convert
anyway, for some inexplicable reason.  :)

BTW, heard an interesting show on RN yesterday, where some complete and
utter fuckwit was expostulating his theory that it's not HIV which causes
AIDS, but rather, the lifestyle of the HIV-infected which predisposes the
"carrier" towards sero-converting to full-blown AIDS, and
needless to say, this fellow also became extremely flustered when it was
suggested that he might care to attempt to prove this "theory" by
trying it on himself.  Funny that.
