      Title: Hidden Sloppy Joes
 Categories: Main, Dish
      Yield: 1 servings
 
 
        1 lb ground beef
        1 lb ground pork
      1/2 c  onion -- chopped
        1 sm can mushrooms
   21 1/2 oz condensed chicken gumbo
        3 TB catsup
        2 TB mustard
        2 c  Bisquick® baking mix
        3 TB butter
      2/3 c  milk
  
  In large skillet, cook meat and onion till brown.  Add next 4
  ingredients and mix well.  Using last 3 ingredients, make a soft
  dough.  Put 1/2 the dough in bottom and pu sides of a Bundt pan that
  has been lightly greased. Be sure to put dough up the middle, too.
  Place meat mixtukre in on top of dough.  Place the rest of dough on
  top, making sure there are no holes. Bake at 350 to 375 F until dough
  is completely done and lightly browned.

    1 1/2 lb Ground beef
        1 lg onion -- chopped (1 cup)
        1    clove garlic -- minced
        6 oz can hot-style tomato juice
  :        				
      1/2 c  catsup
      1/2 c  water
        2 TB brown sugar
        2 TB chopped canned jalapeno
  :          pepp
  :        				
        1 TB prepared mustard
        2 ts chili powder
        1 ts Worcestershire sauce
        8    hamburger buns
  
  Shredded cheese In a large skillet cook ground beef, onion, and
  garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
  
  Meanwhile, in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery cooker combine tomato juice,
  catsup, water, brown sugar, jalapeno peppers, mustard, chili powder
  and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir in meat mixture. Cover; cook on low
  heat setting for 10-12 hours or high heat setting for 3-5 hours.
  Toast buns; spoon meat mixture over buns and sprinkle with cheese.
  Serves 8.
  
  For 5 or 6 quart crockery cooker:  Double all ingredients. Prepare as
  above.  Makes 16 servings.
  
  For 1 quart crockery cooker:  Omit water.  Use 1 pound ground beef; 1
  medium onion, chopped; 1 small clove garlic, minced; one 6 oz can
  hot-style tomato juice; 1/4 c catsup; 1 TBSP brown sugar; 1 TBSP
  chopped canned jalapeno peppers; 2 tsp prepared mustard; 1 tsp chili
  powder; 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 4 or 5 hamburger buns; and
  shredded cheese. Prepare as above. Cook for 6-10 hours. Makes 4-5
  servings.
