Yep.  Unless Deltacomm has come out with a newer version.

Yep.  There is a way, but it's a fairly legnthy process.  Just set the
one board that you've had problems connecting to to a different modem
other than the "default."  Setup a new modem with the same settings that
your default uses but have the max baud set at 19200.  Use this modem
for the one BBS that you're having problems with.
