Ever notice many CPU fans have the blades molded in REVERSE? The sharpest
points of the blade are on the leading edge rather than the trailing edge.
This increases their "dust collection".

This tendency has also overflowed into imported table and floor fans from
the Far East. It is now my simplest way of determining origin of such
products.

     Good luck... M.
