Automatic CC Several users have asked if OE can be configured to =
automatically cc: all outgoing mail to the same user specified address. =
Unfortunately, the short answer is that OE does not support this =
functionality at this time. Despite this reality, there is an interim =
work around for new outgoing messages (unfortunately, it does not work =
for Reply messages). All you need to do is to create a template for your =
outgoing mail messages that includes your address in the BCC field. =
Simply create a new mail message with your email address in the CC or = BCC
field. Now, choose File | Save As, and save it to a location from = where
you can easily launch it (like the Desktop). Now, whenever you = need to
make a new email with this, just launch the mail message =
"template" and click Send when you're done.

The mail server at his ISP does not offer this function. It would, in =
many respects, be nice if the email program had a check box to "auto =
copy every sent email", and then a place to add the address (or =
distribution list if the entered info was a group of addresses).

Usually this is done in the email server. Is there a reason your =
client isn't considering this?

Hey you brilliant folks.
Have a client that needs to have a copy of all OUTBOUND email =
(replies to
customers) bcc'd to a central email address.
I remember that Netscape Mail used to do that, had an option to =
auto copy
all email sent. Are there any other email clients that could be =
used that
do that these days? I don't think it can be setup in Outlook =
Express, nor
can it be done in Outlook as far as I know.
Comments, suggestions welcomed.
