Hi Les,
I've had a look at it, but it's slow going with no comments.
I noticed that you perform port I/O, presumably to a sound card. This
could leave you hostage to the VDD, if the sound card is supported
under OS/2. The I/O ports are only available to DOS apps if the VDD
permits it through virtualization, or if the card is totally
unsupported. Have you thought about using an MCI interface instead? [I
don't even know if this is possible with Power BASIC.]
