Looks to me like someone who lays around on their ass all day and night,
playing on the InterNet all the time looking for crapola material aimed at
insulting or belittling the very governmemt who sends them a free support
check every month....under the proposed new health care rules, could forget
about any *five heart bypass's* being in their future.


Comparing the cost of the procedure, with the productiveness and usefulness of
the patient `in question', Otto would be dying soon!
