  Synchronet has a setup to allow users logged onto a Synchronet BBS to
telnet into other systems (mainly Synchronet) while telnetted into the
first BBS. But, it also has several filters, where the Sysop of the
other BBS can BLOCK an offending IP, email address, user name, etc.
