You do not understand Biblical prayer.  Biblical prayer is a petition
to know the will of God.  It never pretends to manipulate or curry
God's favor.  To pray in "The Name" is to seek what He wills.

As for the NT record of raising the dead and miraculous healing, the
context is always within the Jewish community.  As Jesus Himself
attested, the Jews always required a "sign."  The "sign
gifts" were
given to the apostolic churches as a sign to the Jews that the
Abrahamic covenant promise of "blessing those who bless you" had come
to a partial fulfillment in the offering of salvation directly to those
outside of Israel.

Though you make pretenses otherwise, you do not understand the
Christian system of  belief.
