Mine is not a server and the card is separate, but it claims to be Intel Pro100+.

It's had a shutdown problem since I did a round of updates about a year
ago. (which on this PC is critical to be able to reboot remotely, it's not
a users PC it a PLC controller...)

I've been using the shutdown command with a forced option to get it to
reboot, but I know that's gonna bite me eventually.
