I really recommend /not/ doing this. If you're using a boot manager, or
extended drive (whatever they're called), performing this operation can mean

lose access to the drive!
I don't have any information on stealthboot.a (can't find it in F-Prot or Dr
Solly's), but if you're worried about it still being there, the best thing to 
do
is boot from a known clean disk, and use a known clean copy of, say, F-Prot 
o
check the system.
