Hi, Gregory.  W98's version of Seagate Backup Exec does not 
contain the "Emergency Restore Diskette" capabilities.

To obtain the Emergency Restore Diskette capabilities, you
must upgrade to the full version of SBE for W98.  Further
info on the upgrade is available from the Seagate Software
website at:  www.seagate.com


Cost is US$49 for the version which upgrades the W98 "lite"
version to the full version with ERD capabilities.


Note: Yes, the ERD is capable of restoring LFNs from
      the bare DOS7 command prompt.
