The EQM numbers are pretty meaningless with a modern protocol like V34.
You just CANT quantify the wide variety of data about a particular
session into a single number and expect it to mean a damned thing.

The only thing that really means much is the much more detailed
stuff the USRs make available to the user. And even then there
is some massive problem there that has not been resolved.
