Steven I wish you luck on the bike trainer. by the way which kind is it and 
what type of bike do you own? Have you looked at the  road bike magazine? The 
all bid Indurain a happy retirement. Too bad he will be missed. I think he 
gave up too quickly. One tour loss isn't a reason to retire, but instead a 
chance to make changes in training.
