Huh??? Why this 'reprimand'?
- OK, it is [optional], but not for wise users. 
- The question did not mention a programming language. 'Batch' or the
  [optional!] REXX is also 'code'.  Other languages are not even optional
  but have to be purchased separately.
- I did not express a judgement with my answer other than: "be happy"!
