 They were the Bright Spot in the declining days of CP/M. But KayPro's
insistance to hanging on instead of going to DOS machines like every one
else was his Downfall. Their Entry in the the DOS world as a disaster
as a result of waiting far too long to jump in. Kinda the same with
Commodore by the way..

 And yes they did also use fully, Not to them I am sure, disk
Fromatting schemes. But even if you ported the Software over to a format
you could load form typicaly the Program would not Run becasue the CP/M
OS was enough different that it didn't know what to do.
