subject: Time to get back to OS/2

Replying to a message of "uvcceet" to All:

 ">
"> After a long absence, I am migrating back to OS/2. Maybe ecomstation
"> one day, but for now, warp speed......

"> I forgot all the basics, and one I would like to know, rather than
"> searching my notes and other sources, is, the handful of commands to
"> find out what version/level each package is at.

"> Java -version, I remember, but what about the TCPIP stuff? How do I
"> find out what fixpak level I am at?

"> Better yet, teach me to fish, and tell me if this stuff is written
 "> somewhere? :-)

syslevel > syslevel.dat

That should create a text file named syslevel.dat which contains the status of
