Yep, and I'd also be amongst the first to admit it, Rod.  Back when I
bought the Sportster for $300 second-hand though, Couriers were costing
around the $1000 mark, and there was just no fucking way I'd ever pay that
much for a modem, no matter how good it was.  You do realise that I could
have almost bought three fucking Rockwells for that price, don't you?
