Heh.. could be.. but they'd never admit that I'm sure  I imagine selling NYC
properties could be very good for their eh.. coffers. Where they are moving to
is not an low price area in Warwick (yuppie-city
) but Warwick Township is no where near as expensive as NYC :)

I remember reading how pushy they could be, yes.  When they are trying to get
their hooks in, they are very friendly .. I had a few of them in my house a
few times when they'd try to convince me "their way was the RIGHT way".
Eventually they gave up on me . Guess I wasn't their type.. 

It was sick because my younger sister did decide to join them around that time.
I eventually got her to see them for what they were.  It wasn't easy believe
me.
