His one vote as ZC2 on the ZCC is 89%, you do the math.

In reality his vote should count as 1/6th of that total body.

Look you want to talk about "numbers", Ward is first and foremost
your ZC, he is your chosen ogre, dictator or whatever clever term you wish
to apply to him, he still calls the shots for your zone.

As far as we over here are concerned his dictates will stay within the
confines of your zone, the zones that voted for Malcolm will consider him
the IC and will come to him for those IC things.

This may beg the question as to whether or not we need a IC, we didnt have
one after George Peace resigned and "we all lived".. When Bob
Satti was IC, nothing I know of came up that required his services aside
from the fact that he just wasnt around, "we all lived".

But if this is about a numbers game, the other 5 or 10% of Fidonet wont pay
attention to any of his edicts.

With the way Ward says the voting should go, the ZCC is a worthless body,
Ward could never lose a vote on any topic, a better way to put it, the
remaining ZC's all in total agreement could never win a vote, you want
someone with that much power, hmmm I see.

I know over on your side of the pond, you all arent as adverse to
authoritarianism as most of us are, many over there can remember the iron
curtain, while on the other hand many over there are used to stricter
governance. I just cant believe you all want this shit within your
"hobby".

So as I see it, he is your ZC, he can dictate to you all as he sees fit, he
can abuse you if thats what makes you feel comfortable, but thats Z2, there
is nothing International about him beyond the confines of your zone.

He is your problem, deal with it.
