-> RJT> You're typing at the guy who ran cp/m after most folks in here -> RJT> had moved on, remember? :-) -> Yep! I ran CP/M until the "AT" came out, then I finally broke down and got an -> "XT compatible". I ran CP/M untill just before the 386's came out, Althouhg it was on the Z-80 side of a Commorore 128, it was still CP/M Was running mostly Kaypro CP/M programs which were compatable. As was the Osborne software. Although for quick and Dirty Wordprocessing I became quite fond of RunScript 128. When I retired the Commodore, well into the 486 era, I went to an XT clone. Whne the Pentium cale out I uppgraded to a 386 on Steroids, the Cyrix DLC line of CPU's. In fact I still have that CPU and it's companion Math Co-Processor on my Computer desk ina Anti-Static Bag. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Shakey Jake's *ALL FREE BBS* Santee, CA (1:202/1324) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 202/1324 10/3 106/2000 633/267 |
