I found it on a Debian CD-ROM :)

the documentations says:  ftp://ftp.z2.fidonet.org/pub/linux/fido

I think that's the source, but there's probably a version packaged for your
system somewhere.

There's the usual 10 page config file and 100 page documentation...
but having got dosemu working it should't pose you much of a challenge :)
