I would prefer that PGP "additions" not be allowed here for two reasons.
1) Nothing here is so sensitive that such authenication is necessary.
Should troublemakers try to stir up something there are plenty of other ways
to verify and identify the origin of such messages.
2) It would only be common courtesy to limit the amount of unnecessary time
(and consequently, money) spent distributing this echo to its recipient
nodes. Many areas of the country are on "metered" phone rates.
