I have a SanDisk SDDR-103 MobileMate SD+ 5-in-1 Mobile Reader, which reads SD,
MiniSD, MMC, RS-MMC, and TransFlash cards. It actually costs more to ship than
it does to buy. I got mine from the online amazon affiliate store of the guy
