JP> Jeff If the link begins with ftp:/ then you may have to use something other than WebExplorer, such as Lynx, a freeware text mode WWW browser. I've never been able to ftp a file with WebEx, it just sits there with graphic spinning away waiting for the file. See my page, at the bottom of the page, for links to Lynx.
