I used Explorer 1.1f to download quite a few meg of the DDK. Since you
got through the registration then either the site was overloaded or your
link was. You should have gotten a message box saying something about not
viewer available for this file type, save as file or cancel, after the
first packets.  That is because it is an exe or zip file.  Explorers
dialogs should continue and let you pick a directory to put the file, the
file name should already be in the dialog.  After you answer, the
download should continue.  Give it a shot after hours, when the
corporates with T1, T3 lines go home and are'nt saturating the path
to the site. Any time after 6PM EST should be good. I have the same
problem sometimes just using IBMLink across the internet in the daytime.
IBM's network is huge and you never know what's up with it at certain
times. The DDK site is probably some backwater location on the highway.
